TUITION
Calculation of Tuition
Monthly tuition is calculated by taking the number of classes in the month (4 or 5 classes, depending on the month) and multiplying it by the applicable class rate. The applicable class rates are as follows:
Preschool and Lil Ninjas (40 min classes) before 3:00pm weekdays
$27 per class
$108-135 per month
Preschool and Little Ninjas (45 min classes) after 3:00pm and Saturdays
$29 per class
$116-145 per month
Boys/Girls Academy, Tumbling, and Ninja (50 min classes)
$32 per class
$123-160 per month
Girls Academy (80 min classes)
$43 per class
$172-215 per month
Annual Membership Fee
Edge also requires an annual membership fee of $50 per student. The membership fee is charged at initial enrollment and annually thereafter. A student’s membership fee must be active while they are enrolled in a class.
Tuition Due Date
We require that all students be on automatic payment with a valid MasterCard or Visa on file. Tuition will be charged to the card on file on the 1st of the month for the following month. (Example: Tuition will be charged to your card on September 1st for classes starting on September 1st.) If there is an issue with your credit card on file and an alternate form of payment is not received by the 10th of the month, then your student(s) will be dropped from classes as of the 10th. Re-enrollment into your student’s previous class is based on availability.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please be on time to pick up your student from class or camp. If parents are late to pick up their student, they will charged a late fee of $5 per minute. Excessive late pick-ups may result in a student being dropped from the program.
REFUND POLICY
Once a student is enrolled and tuition has been processed, no refunds or credits will be given. If a student wishes to be dropped from a class, advance, written notice must be given to the Front Desk (see Cancellation of Enrollment).
MAKE-UP POLICY
As of 1/1/2023, students may no longer make-up missed classes. The change in our make-up policy is consistent with other gyms in our area and necessitated by our need to staff existing classes as well as difficulty in adequately staffing Open Gym. Missed classes will not result in make-up classes, Open Gym, prorated tuition or refunds.
CANCELLATION OF ENROLLMENT
A Drop Request Form must be submitted and received by the close of Business on the 25th of the month. The Drop Request form can be found on our website under Class Information or by using the QR code located on the Front Desk. If notice is not received, by the 25th of the month, then tuition will be processed on the 1st of the month and your child will be enrolled for the following month. Once tuition is processed, no refunds or credits will be given. Also, once notice is given, re-enrollment is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
INJURIES
First, please email or bring in a signed doctor’s note, stating the injury and restriction. Once the Front Desk receives the note, you have two options:
1. Drop and Credit: Edge will drop your student on the day that we receive the doctor’s note. Drops cannot be done retroactively. Credit for the remaining classes in the month following the drop date will be placed on your account for when your gymnast is ready to return. If you choose this option, please be aware that your gymnast will lose their spot in their current class and re-enrollment is subject to availability.
2. Stay and Retain your Spot: If you do not want to lose your child’s spot in their class, you may keep them enrolled. Please be aware that if you choose this option, you will continue to pay regular tuition and no refund or credits will be given retroactively.
ATTIRE
All athletes must be in appropriate gymnastics attire. Your athlete will get one warning and will have limited participation for the day. If the athlete returns to class for the second time in inappropriate attire, they will not be allowed to participate in class due to it being a safety hazard.
